Legal research workshop for legal clinic students

Legal research workshop designed for students enrolled in clinical courses. Throughout the 90-minute problem-based workshop, students will engage with a multitude of electronic legal resources and learn to improve their instincts regarding the best sources to turn to for particular questions. Questions have all been derived from real-life scenarios, and touch on diverse areas of law, including family law, immigration, tort law, procedure, employment law and more.

To register for this workshop, students must have completed at least 1 year of law school. Students volunteering at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill should not register for this workshop, as a separate closed workshop covering the same content has already been organized.
